چکیده

Excessive amount of dyes in the discharged wastewater from textile industry becomes a severe problem water pollution due to presence unruly toxic organic compounds. Dyes are highly and carcinogenic compounds that cause extremely harmful effects on human health. The adsorption method is considered one best methods for dye removal because its availability, low cost, stability, large surface area volume ratio high capacity. In this article, hydroxyapatite (HAP) was used as solid adsorbent methyl orange (MO) aqueous solutions. Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) characterization test performed before after process, ensuring MO successfully using HAP. Adsorption kinetics isotherms were studied system predict mechanism. Additionally, changing pH solution, initial concentration, dose contact time process efficiency studied. maximum solutions (88.3%) achieved at optimum operating conditions = 90 min, 4, concentration 0.5 mg/L 2 g/L.
